Sue DiDonato has worked in the computer industry since 1980. She began as a software tester and has done everything from Training, Writing Software Manuals, Installing Accounting Systems, Supporting Computer Users, Managing Databases, Developing and Maintaining Websites, Managing Networks and Implementing Enterprise solutions - the list is long! She has had specialized training; including Adult Learning Modalities, Total Quality Mgmt, Process Improvement and holds ITIL Certification.
The most important skill Sue brings is her ability to connect people to their software applications.
